Restaurant Adanič is located in the northeastern part of Slovenia, between Gornja Radgona and Radenci in the village of Mele. Built in 1971, it was successfully led by Cvetka Adanič until her retirement in 1992, when her daughter Marjana Kramberger took over. With the introduction of the new cooking techniques, this traditional Slovenian restaurant offers a wide range of Slovenian and contemporary dishes à la carte. The restaurant is known for sophisticated vegetarian and raw cuisine, seasonal menus and fresh salad bar using the best of organic and bio-dynamic produce whenever feasible.
